Join our dynamic team as an Event Lighting and Sound Installer, where you’ll bring vibrant events to life through expert installation and setup of lighting and sound systems. You will be responsible for installing, troubleshooting, and maintaining audio-visual equipment, collaborating closely with event organizers to deliver top-tier technical support. Your energetic approach and technical expertise will help create captivating atmospheres that leave lasting impressions.

• Assists in leading assigned LSP crew throughout the day.
• Leads packing of appropriate equipment and vehicles in the morning for each day.
• Has detailed knowledge of LSP procedures and equipment and can communicate this knowledge to crew members.
• Ensures that work remains on schedule and communicates any necessary changes or delays to Dispatch and or customer if applicable.
• Uses appropriate tools and equipment to produce a professional A/V experience, including, but not limited to: lighting, sound, amplification, screen projection, and recording
• Must be able to tow a trailer.
• Delivers and sets up generators at the job site.
• Follows site plans and field diagrams to execute accurate job setups.
• Supports customer satisfaction whenever possible; ensures the quality of work and service at the job site.
• Manages and cares for assigned vehicles, equipment, and other company property at the job site.
• Ensures that safety protocols are practiced at the job site.
• Maintains a professional and positive attitude at all times while working with customers and crewmembers.
• Other duties as assigned by the Management department.

• A driver’s license is required for this position.
• Advanced knowledge of generators and of Audio/Visual systems and equipment is required for this position.
• Must be able to supervise employees.
• Must be able to maintain a professional appearance and basic hygiene standards during work hours.
