Job Detail

We are seeking a dynamic and experienced Road Foreman! The Foreman leads and supervises a crew through a given day’s work. The Foreman receives a daily schedule from the Operations Manager or a Project Manager and ensures that the schedule is executed throughout the day.

• Assumes responsibilities of a Project Manager for smaller-scale events that do not require a multiple-day production process.
• Accurately communicates daily tasks and expectations to the assigned field crew in a “daily huddle” at the beginning of the day.
• Supervises packing of appropriate equipment and vehicles in the morning to have all necessary tools at each job site.
• Supervises daily operations of assigned field crew throughout the day.
• Has detailed knowledge of field procedures and equipment and can communicate this knowledge to crew members.
• Ensures that work remains on schedule and communicates any necessary changes or delays to Dispatch.
• Uses appropriate tools and equipment to construct temporary field structures.
• Follows project plans and field diagrams to execute accurate job set up.
• Supports customer satisfaction whenever possible; ensures the quality of work and service at the job site.
• Manages and cares for assigned vehicles, equipment, and other company property at the job site.
• Maintains and services standing tents during inclement weather as needed.
• Ensures that safety protocols are practiced at the job site while providing a constant example of safe conduct.
• Maintains a professional and positive attitude at all times while working with customers and crewmembers.
• Performs other duties as assigned by the Operations Manager.

• Strong leadership abilities with experience managing crews.
• A driver’s license is required for this position.
• Advanced knowledge of Wallace Events operations required.
• Must be able to supervise employees.
• Must be able to lift 50+ lbs.
• Must be able to maintain a professional appearance and basic hygiene standards.
